Jonathan is a consultant anaesthetist at University Hospital Southampton. He graduated from medical school at the University of Nottingham before working as a doctor in the Midlands and Sydney, Australia, where he worked in emergency medicine and intensive care medicine.
Jonathan returned to the UK in 2013 before heading back down under to fly with the Sydney Helicopter Emergency Medical Service in 2021.
Originally from Newcastle, Jonathan joined Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance in 2022 and is looking forward to using his clinical skills to give the best possible care to those who need it most.

I am excited to be working with such an inspiring team who are so passionate about providing the best critical care to the people of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, whenever and wherever they need it.
