- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance asks you to.

Weekly Results
We keep the last six draw results published on the website. If you win, you will be contacted directly by the lottery office.
Check Weekly ResultsThe weekly ticket price is £1 per ticket. The Superdraw ticket price is 66p. Each ticket contains six unique draw numbers. These numbers are entered into the draws, provided the entry fee has been paid. Members will commence entry into the weekly draw two weeks after their initial Direct Debit is received. The draw is performed by a computer. The weekly draw has taken place every Friday from 3rd May 2013. The first Superdraw took place on the 15th of December 2022 and takes place every year on the second Thursday of December. All six numbers on each ticket are valid for each prize, once a ticket has won a prize, the six numbers on that ticket are removed from the draw for the remainder of the prizes that week i.e. each ticket can only win one prize each draw.
All prizes are sent automatically, so there is no need to claim. Prizes will be sent approximately 14 days after the draw date.
