Driven petrol heads help to raise vital funds

Daily Driven Events has raised more than £3,000 in support of their local Air Ambulance.

After announcing their partnership with our life-saving service earlier this year, the team, led by Jay Jones, have hosted a spree of events for motor enthusiasts across Hampshire, including the popular ‘Cars in the Square’ in June.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance volunteers: Steve, Sapphire and Kevan at Cars in the Square.

On Saturday 9 November, we welcomed Daily Driven Events to our Airbase in Thruxton to present the duty crew with a cheque for £2,750 – bringing their fundraising total this year to £3,017.97.

Jay Jones, Event Organiser, said:

“Daily Driven Events made the decision to make Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance their chosen charity, after we have all personally seen the incredible work they do every day. The team require all the support they can get to continue providing their life-saving service across the region, and if we can help by raising funds for them, then that makes us happy!”

Thank you to Joe and his team for their incredible support for our service – helping to raise vital funds to ensure we can respond to the most critically ill and injured patients across our region.

Help keep us flying and saving lives by donating today.
