Join our team

By joining our team for, you will be helping to raise vital funds to keep us flying and saving lives. We attend the most critically ill and injured people in our region, and we rely solely on the generous donations from our community to continue our lifesaving service. Without the support of the community, we simply wouldn’t exist.

10 mile entry: Early bird price – £39 (Entry price includes booking fee – £2 per entry)
Entry available on the day to runners 16+

How to register

1. Sign up on the Great South Run website
2.  Set up your fundraising page. We recommend using JustGiving or Enthuse. Every penny you raise will help fund our future missions.
   Email us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange to send you a free Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance T-Shirt to train in.
