Jump into December with us and sign up to our Christmas Star Jump Challenge! Your mission is to complete 100 star jumps a day from the 1 to the 25 December to help keep us flying and saving lives.

This is a virtual challenge and it’s free and easy to sign up. Join the challenge Facebook group and complete the form in the pinned post to tell us where to send your free challenge T-shirt and create your Facebook Fundraiser to share with your family and friends.

How to complete your 100 star jumps.

Choose to complete your 100 star jumps in one go, or break them up and do 50 in the morning and evening. It’s up to you!
