Last February, our team of doctors, dispatchers, pilots and paramedics responded to more than 150 emergency call-outs across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. And we need you in February to take on our new Star Jump Challenge. Your mission is to complete 150 star jumps a day to help us keep flying and saving lives!
This is a virtual challenge, it’s free and easy to sign up. Complete the form in the pinned post in our Facebook group to tell us where to send your free challenge T-shirt and create your Facebook Fundraiser to share with your family and friends.
How you complete your 150 star jumps each day is up to you! You could do them all at the same time or break them up and do 75 in the morning and evening.
