20,000 people from across the region took part in the Great South Run in Portsmouth, raising thousands for your Air Ambulance.
Among the runners for us were sons, daughters and mothers of patients that we have treated – all proudly supporting our cause to help future patients in need.
Emma took part in memory of her dad, Jim, who completed the race no less than eight times!
Luke ran to say his thanks for the time we were there to help save his dad, David’s, life.
So far, our 15 runners have raised an incredible £8,000: enough to fund two emergency missions.

Thank you to everyone who took part – your support is changing and saving lives every day.
