MindWorks Marketing inspired to support a cause close to their heart

Colleagues at Emsworth-based marketing agency, MindWorks Marketing, have become the latest local lifesavers, by nominating Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance as their Charity of the Year for 2025.

The team were inspired to support our cause, having played a key role in the preparation and launch of our Operation Airbase appeal – helping us bring this critical project to life.

Operation Airbase is our biggest ever fundraising appeal and highlights the urgency of relocating to a new Airbase near Southampton Airport. The move will allow us to reach almost every patient in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight within just 10 minutes from take-off. Currently, it takes 20 minutes or more for some areas.

A doctor and paramedic are standing in front of an emergency response vehicle and the helicopter. There is a sketch of a building in the background to symbolise a new hangar. The appeal logo is top centre of the image.

Michelle Leggatt, MindWorks Managing Director, said:

“Choosing our charity of the year is never easy. This year’s appeal by the charity is particularly close to our hearts as faster response times mean more life-saving treatment for our community throughout the region. We are excited to do all we can to support the charity in their vital mission during 2025.”

Keith Wilson, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance Director of Income and Engagement, said:

“Every critically ill and injured patient in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight deserves the very best care possible. Our move to a more central area of the majority of our missions will ensure anyone who needs our help will be given the best possible chance of survival and recovery. A huge thanks to everyone at MindWorks for their backing.”
