Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance (HIOWAA) (charity number 1106234 and company number: 5244460) of F4 Adanac Park, Adanac Drive, Nursling, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 0BT.

2. The prize draw
2.1 The Prize Draw takes place on the 18 October 2024.
2.2 Everyone who joins the Hampshire and Isle of Wight email mailing list is eligible to win the prize.
2.3 Prizes have been donated to the charity.

3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 08:00 on 29 July 2024 to 19:59 on 17 October 2024 inclusive.
3.2 All entrants to the prize draw during that period will be entered into the draw.
3.3 The winner of the prize will be chosen by an online random winning generator. All names will be entered into https://wheelofnames.com/
3.4 The winner will be announced on the Prize Draw page and on our social channels.

4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is open to those who complete the Prize Draw form on charity website, hiowaa.org.
4.2 Those associated with the charity (staff, crew, volunteers, trustees) are not eligible to win.
4.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

5. The prizes
5.1 The prizes are a family of four pass to Paultons Park, to be used before 23/12/2024 and an Afternoon Tea at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa, to be used before 15 June 2025. See Full terms and conditions below for each prize.
5.2 One person will win both prizes.
5.3 Prizes are listed on the Prize Draw page on the hiowaa.org website
5.4 There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5 The prizes have been donated to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and come with their associated terms and conditions.

6. Winner
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the winner has been selected by the random winner generator, using the telephone number or email address provided with the entry.
6.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the draw, or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.4 Details of the winner can be obtained by writing to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, F4 Adanac Park, Adanac Drive, Nursling, Southampton, SO16 0BT (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
6.5 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.6 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
8.1 All prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

9. Data protection and publicity
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy – https://www.hiowaa.org/cookie-policy/. See also condition [6.4] and condition [6.5], with regard to the announcement of winners.

10. General
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this draw without notice at any stage.
10.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The prize is for the Nyetimber English Sparkling Afternoon Tea for Two at the Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa in the New Forest.

The prize includes a glass of Nyetimber English Sparkling wine with a selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes. Afternoon Tea is available between 12pm and 4pm in The Dining Room at Chewton Glen.

The voucher is valid every day except Festive Menu period, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

This prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The voucher is valid until 15 June 2025.

The prize is for a family of four to spend one day at Paultons Park.

The tickets are valid until 23/12/2024.
